Review I first reached out to Michelle in January, 2021. My wife found a 1796 farmhouse in Middlebury, Vermont that we wanted to see. She arranged for us to see it within an hour & we drove from Portland, Maine to Middlebury & back in one day. Michelle met us at the house & it was just what we wanted. They know the market extremely well and do a great job with promoting a property. The photos, videos and materials they prepared for us were second to none and a reason our home sold in just 5 days. Positive comments - she is very quick to respond to questions, very professional, took excellent pictures of the house, and more. I only wish we could have gotten more for our house than we did, but I hope they were working for our best interests in the end to get it sold.

Although we might not have had a lot of contact while my house was on the market since we got feedback through an app, once we were under contract, she was as aggressive as she claimed.
