She even Confirmed a 10:45 showing time, and code for the home. when we showed up the owner was inside and absolutely stunned we walked through the door! It was very awkward. Turns out the home was under contract still. We wasted our time viewing a home which we liked that wasn't even available. I would not want this agent handing my largest purchase ever in life.
