My Real Estate experience began in 2005 when I began school at the University of West Georgia (Go Wolves!) with a B.B.A in Real Estate . For the short time I was in school I learned the ins and outs of not only buying and selling but also appraisals and finance. I graduated right when the market crashed and decided to try my hand in property management. While property management is exciting and ever changing I dug back into becoming a Realtor, my true passion. I have seen first-hand the many pitfalls that may and do arise during the negotiation and purchasing processes. This experience has allowed me to bring my knowledge of negotiation and research to all my buyers. Being well informed, familiar with the area, and prepared for what may arise allows for a smoother buying experience.
