For the short time I was in school I learned the ins and outs of not only buying and selling but also appraisals and finance. I graduated right when the market crashed and decided to try my hand in property management. While property management is exciting and ever changing I dug back into becoming a Realtor, my true passion. I met Stacy almost two years ago while house hunting for a home for my mother to move into from out of state. Thats process was made so easy by Stacy that I knew when the time came for us to buy she would be my first call. Over a year ago we began our search for a HOME for our family. Im a very aEURoeType AaEUR? personality, some (My Wife) may even call it controlling. My wife and I have 3 kids and have worked very hard to be able to live the american dream and own a home. So this was not a process I was going to walk through blind, we had never done this before and i needed to understand the process not just aEURoesign hereaEUR?. Stacy was beyond understanding, from emails, texts and even early morning calls she was always not only helpful but excited to teach me about the process and guide us with what the right aEURoenext stepaEUR? is. Stacy walked land and unlocked homes for us to explore and imagine how our TV would fit in that room, or where the kids will play hide and seek. It was a process that took months but when our HOME found us she jumped into action with lots of problems with the house and process (we got a fixer upper) and we are now in and settled with not only have a realtor but a friend for life.
