Experienced with foreclosures, investment and income-producing properties, performing Broker Price Opinions, conducting market research, statistical analysis, strategic pricing, marketing effectively including all social media platforms, use of video technology, financing programs, property staging, lease-back agreements, homeowner association restrictions, and contract review and negotiation. Stacey has an extensive background in real estate and research: Real Estate Research Analyst for a Fortune 500 Company, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor and now as a Real Estate Broker. She began her career in 2006 as a Researcher for the Real Estate Department at the Chico's World Headquarters in Fort Myers, providing statistics and predictive analytics on store placement and relocations for Executive Management. When she's not working for her clients, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing piano, reading, and traveling. Born and raised in Western Kansas, Stacey learned the value of hard work, integrity and trust on her family's cattle ranches, feedlots and farmland. In 2005, she relocated to Fort Myers after graduating with high honors from the School of Business at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas where she dual-majored in Economics and Management and completed her International Studies at Cambridge University, England.
