ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is a dream to work with! She knew I was on a time crunch to relocate and she helped us find and purchase the perfect home for my family in less than 30 days. On top of closing on our home, days later she got work to help us purchase a lot right in the same neighborhood. Throughout both purchases she remained communicative and would respond immediately to any questions that arose. She coordinated dealing with myself, the sellers and all other parties included flawlessly!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Yvonne was a great experience. On our first call she told me what was expected and gave me information that I wasn't aware before even being contracted to be my realtor. She answered all my questions timely, even the ones I would ask multiple times lol. She is very knowledgeable and expanded my knowledge as well lol. My parents even liked her lol. Would definitely recommend her. Thanks Yvonne for devoted attention to detail and patience.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne was the best. We were buying from out of town and wouldn't have been able to do so without her as our realtor. She had everything set up for us when we came down, which made the house showings very easy. We will definitely work with her again and highly recommend anyone else to use her as their realtor. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED It was indeed a pleasure working with Yvonne: she was highly transparent and extremely helpful with our "wants, and needs" for our home search. She was flexible and exercised a wealth of patience with our concerns abd uncertainty. She exhibited a sense of calm which made us comfortable to engage on so many levels through out the entire process. We are thankful and grateful and could not have asked for a better agent. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED Our engagement with our real estate agent, Yvonne Gallegos with John R Wood Properties exceeded our expectations. To provide context, my family and I are first-time home buyers, and naturally, we walked into this venture with equal amounts of anticipation and skepticism. The experience, after all, was uncharted territory for us, and as such, we were apprehensive about ensuring every detail was attended to with utmost attention. Before we engaged Yvonne, we had the opportunity to interact with another realtor from another agency. They were helpful, but it was only upon meeting Yvonne that we began to feel at ease. We first made contact with Yvonne in 2022, and after an intense yet supportive journey of two years, we finally managed to close on our home on March 15, 2024. The journey was long, yet during this entire period, Yvonne remained patient. She understood our apprehensions as first-time buyers, and far from pressuring us into making hurried decisions, she supported us at every step. Yvonne showed an exceptional understanding of how significant this step was for us, particularly since we are raising a child. Her empathy towards our situation and our needs went a long way in making us feel at ease during such an otherwise strenuous process. Her professionalism and understanding put together with her patience during the two years that it took us to close our home, truly attests to her exceptional capabilities as a real estate agent. I am usually reserved with praise, but I must share that Yvonne surpassed all our expectations. I am thoroughly impressed by her dedication and I'm grateful for her help in navigating us through such an important phase of our life. In conclusion, our experience as first-time home buyers was made significantly less challenging and ultimately rewarding with Yvonne by our side. I would highly recommend her for anyone embarking on this journey.

She went above and beyond for us, always being sure the house was prepared for showings with lights on and locked up after since we were already out of town. We highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne made this whole process of buying my first home as simple and easy as it could?ve possibly been. She was very professional and attentive during the period of time this took place. As well as providing me with more guidance than I could?ve even thought to ask for. Even by the end of it, she went out of her way and then some to make sure all of my needs were fulfilled. Definitely one of the best in all of Southwest Florida. Hopefully whoever sees this takes this review to heart and knows that wether you?re buying your first or your 10th house, you?ll think of Yvonne Gallegos as your realtor. I promise you won?t regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Have bought and sold multiple properties with Yvonne! Her professionalism and attention to detail are always impressive. This particular property had some delays closing due to the buyers financing and she was able to work closely with title and the lender to get it resolved in our favor. Will continue to use her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is Amazing!! The most caring and understanding realtor who worked with me to help me find my home. Meet her through a buyer-side rental, and she was so professional and caring during that situation. When I decided to purchase, she immediately understood what I was looking for in location and type of home. I highly recommend her as she is professional and caring, focusing on helping her clients purchase their homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is the most caring, supportive and knowledgeable real estate agent that I have come across in a very long time. She had a very hard task of finding my son a home during this crazy market that has happened and a few issues that came up on my sons end but she handled it all with such compassion and truly was only interested in what was best for my son and his family. She was always very responsive to all of our questions, went out of her way to help with anything to ease the stress from us and really was there for us for anything that we might need. Sadly, the recent hurricane took away the opportunity for my son to purchase the house, but Yvonne made sure that all was handled smoothly and resolved in a very quick manner. I will definitely be using her again very soon to hopefully get that house for my son and would highly recommend her to anyone that would want that personal attention that most often you dont get from other real estate agents.
