John R Wood Properties

We feel thankful to have found Kim to sell our Florida lot. She was knowledgeable, professional, and an outstanding communicator and she went above and beyond in all areas. Even more she is a person of integrity. We highly recommend Kim and would use her services again in a heartbeat.

Yvonne was fantastic. She made our first time buying a home very easy. She explained each step of the process and really held our hands. We were able to close without any issues and it was really a great experience from start to finish.

We had an amazing experience working with Jake Arden as our buyers agent! From start to finish, he made the entire process feel easy, seamless, and stress-free. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. We truly could not have asked for a better experience purchasing our home. Everything went so smoothly, and we are incredibly grateful for Jakes guidance and support throughout the entire process. We will absolutely be using him for any of our future real estate needs and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent!

In a tough market, Stacey Glenn with John R. Wood Properties helped us get our home sold with a smart pricing and marketing strategy. She kept us informed, reassured, and supported every step of the way. If youre buying or selling in Southwest Florida, we highly recommend Stacey. Her expertise, communication, and dedication made all the difference!

Yvonne is a dream to work with! She knew I was on a time crunch to relocate and she helped us find and purchase the perfect home for my family in less than 30 days. On top of closing on our home, days later she got work to help us purchase a lot right in the same neighborhood. Throughout both purchases she remained communicative and would respond immediately to any questions that arose. She coordinated dealing with myself, the sellers and all other parties included flawlessly!
