Working with someone for a month, months, or even a year, building that relationship, the trust between a client and a realtor. The emotional roller coaster that we ride together. Looking at different homes, to writing offers that aren’t accepted, the let down, the emotions, the excitement to see another possible fit for their family.. the strategies in writing other offers to win deals, the excitement, the inspections, the appraisal, the negotiations, meeting them at the closing table with their keys to their new home.
Each transaction is different. Each family and situation is different. They are all amazing if the outcome is that my client is happy.
