Spring is wonderful! She has helped us buy two houses and sell one. We had a few difficult sellers and unexpected inspection results, and no matter what happened, Spring knew what to do. She is an excellent negotiator, and always goes the extra mile. She apparently works 24/7. When we found a house Saturday afternoon that we really wanted, she sent in the bid that afternoon, continued dialogues with the seller's realtor and us, and sent in an addendum that evening. The bid was accepted that night. You want her on your team.

After listing my home a few years back and having it sit with no offers, the listing expired and Spring stepped in and within 30 days sold my home above the asking price!
