Our apartment was listed on major real estate websites and the viewing started the following day. The third day the deal was reached and went under contract and closed quicker than we expected. We are very satisfied with her real state business knowledge, expertise, transparency and negotiation skills to get this deal finalized the first week it was listed. Moreover, her assistant is professional, courteous and responsive. She helped us with searching for contractors, signing documents and responding to questions raised during the process. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer anyone would prefer going with an agent that is recommended by your friend or family. In our case we happened to reach Soraya directly via Zillow . She was wonderful to work with. She shortlited homes that were not only in our budget but also met our requirements. Ours was a special case as we do not live in Atlanta. We lived in NJ, while she took us thru properties via facetime. That was very kind and nice of her. On the day we actually visited Atlanta to see the shortlisted homes, she had reserved an entire day for us. Had it not been for Soraya, things wouldnt have moved quickly. She was very responsive and professional, working diligently thru closing and making sure all the paper work and process is executed in correct manner. During the Spring of 2018 we found Soraya thanks to a Zillow search and within 15 minutes we received a response after contacting her on Zillow. The next morning we were house hunting. She is honest, intelligent, knowledgeable, intuitive, diligent, patient, and charming. She knows the Suburban Atlanta area extremely well down to the school districts, shopping, subdivisions, amenities etc.. Most importantly as a family who was relocating from NYC she made her diligence from emails, listing and follow up calls through the contract and closing process and occasional hellos. The first time we met her at the Starbucks couple months back, she was extremely diligent in explaining us the home buying process and what it will involve. She has been a great support not just with the intricacies of home buying process but also with the emotional stress it puts on you. Since she has lived in North Georgia she is well familiar of the neighborhoods. We had very peculiar needs and she was extremely patient in addressing all of those.
