ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are buying or selling a home, you could not find a more diligent, responsive and knowledgeable realtor than Sonya. She really takes the time to ask questions that get to the heart of what you are looking to buy. In addition, her negotiating skills are top-notch. As a life-long Beaufortonian, Sonya understands the market and was amazing in helping us find our first home when we moved to Beaufort. She goes above and beyond, before and after your closing date. Whenever, we needed a referral for a professional to work in our home, Sonya had someone that we used and were always pleased with the work done. Whenever we could not be there when it was performed, Sonya came to the rescue and would be there in our stead. This woman is incredible! Through the experiences weve had with her, we are blessed to call her friend. Do yourself a big favor and call Sonya for your house-buying and selling needs. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Sonya is an exceptional realtor who truly treats you like family. She consistently goes above and beyond, remaining available to answer questions and providing clear guidance at every step. She has a thorough understanding of the market and knows how to effectively advertise and showcase a property when selling, as well as how to help buyers find the perfect home. We have worked with Sonya twiceaEUR"first eight years ago when we purchased our home in Beaufort, and again recently when we sold it. She understands how stressful the buying and selling process can be, and at times felt like a supportive counselor, helping us navigate each challenge with confidence. If you are looking for a realtor who knows the process, has a wide network of helpful contacts, and offers straightforward guidance with a gentle touch, Sonya is the ideal choice. I would recommend her to anyone seeking a world-class realtor. If the Better Business Bureau rated realtors, Sonya would earn an A+ rating.

ZillowVERIFIED Sonya was great. She was so patient and worked for almost a year for us to find the perfect beach house! There was no pressure, but when she found one that she knew was perfect for us and checked all the boxes, we put in an offer before even seeing it in person, because we trusted her judgement. She did a video walkthrough and got us the house! We could not be happier, and if anyone has any questions we would be happy to talk in person.

She answered every question for me, and ensured I had complete situational awareness of everything that was going on. ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Sonya for over 6 years and my experience has been nothing but perfection. Exactly the kind of experience you would hope to get from a Realtor. She was my agent on the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of one. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market, and loyalty to her client make her an excellent choice for ANYONE who needs to get a real Estate deal done. Whether its purchasing the home for the right price and being a very skilled negotiator, or selling your home and getting the most bang for your buck, Sonya Reiselt is the one! I had to sell one of my rentals in South Carolina, and I live in Delaware and work ALOT of hours and very little time to deal with everything that it takes to sell a house. I honestly believe without Sonya, I wouldnt have been able to get my house sold! Her dedication and loyalty to me was unmatched, and worked around the clock with my best interests in mind. After everything, I can definitely call Sonya a friend! Thank you Sonya!

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to start this review off by saying that it's unfair that there are only five stars to give for each category because she deserves at least 10 in each category. I have never met an agent that will work harder for you and be in your corner more than she has been. And if you are new to the area she knows every street like the back of her hand and also pretty much has a connection for any type of work or business that you need information on. The most easy home buying experience ever. I can't thank her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer that had recently moved to the area I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I contacted Sonya after a recommendation by a friend and could not have had a better experience working with her. She was there every step of the way and was extremely patient with me on my search to find the perfect fixer upper for the right price. Sonyas local knowledge and connections in the area are unrivaled. She helped me find everything from a home inspector to a closing attorney and has a contact for anything home related. Sonya cares very much about her clients and has stayed in touch even after closing to make sure I settled in properly and had everything I need to get moved in. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me!

ZillowVERIFIED As a former realtor and someone who has bought several homes in several states over the last 10 years, I have to say that Sonja was probably the best realtor Ive ever used. I found her on Zillow reviews and told her I wanted someone aggressive in this crazy market. She communicates often and quickly, she was very assertive about making sure the seller completed every agreed inspection detail before closing and she negotiated well on my behalf. She sets the bar high for the industry and youll be hard-pressed to find a better agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Sonya was fantastic. She never grew impatient or frustrated even though she showed us a number of houses before we found the one we really wanted. She was responsive no matter the time of day or day of the week. Always upbeat and positive. At the same time she did not ever try to push us to make it decisions on a property. I highly recommend Sonya

ZillowVERIFIED I am grateful for the opportunity to express my sincere thanks, and to share my experiences with our realtor, Sonya Reiselt. First of all, describing Sonya as a aEURoerealtoraEUR? is very limiting in my opinion, because she has proven that for us, she is much more. Sonya made us feel like family from the very beginning, as if she was not only working for, but looking out for her own parents. We searched on our own for two years, making several trips to the Beaufort area before contacting Sonya, but it was almost as if we had been working together for months from the very beginning. She listened and did not waste time on anything that wasnt near perfect for us. From the onset, she actually came up with the same dozen choices to which we had narrowed our search. What I witnessed and questioned as I scrutinized listings for the two years was that some realtors worked hard and some were just plain lazy. Sonya was the former by a mile. Every question we asked was answered, sometimes with bulldog persistence on her part while dealing with those lazy realtors. We spent much time texting and emailing. We were never disappointed nor let down by Sonya. We received replies seven days a week, between 7 am and 9 pm. We are happy to be finished with this portion of the process, but will miss working with her. I would highly recommend Sonya Reiselt based on our positive experiences for such an incredibly important decision.

ZillowVERIFIED We were incredibly fortunate to have been matched up with Sonya as our buyer's agent. She's a star!We were doing our house-hunting from all the way across the country, but with Sonya as our eyes and ears, we felt like we knew the places we saw almost as well as if we'd been there in person. Sonya arranged video tours for us and went out of her way to make sure we had detailed photos of every small nuance we were interested in at each property. It's so refreshing to be able to put a complicated set of details and puzzle pieces in the hands of a professional over 2700 miles away and to find that every one of those details were not only followed up on but that the response time was almost immediate every time. She has amazing attention to detail and great communication skills; she's honest and no-nonsense while also being both kind and funny. She's personally knowledgeable about specifics of this area and has an amazing network of contacts in related fields (lenders, insurance agents, inspectors, contractors, you name it!) who are just as knowledgeable and professional.Sonya coordinated and communicated not only with us but with multiple members of our family in different locations around the country, as we all had different perspectives, concerns, and interests. "Thank God for Sonya!" was a frequently repeated message among the family when various items came up, because she was constantly anticipating those things and always had them instantly under control throughout the buying process. Thanks, Sonya!
