    Answered Questions

Should I take cash or higher loan offer?

Cash isn't always King. I had the same situation a few years back. The financed offer was a VA loan. The seller was a veteran. It made more sense to him and his personal desire was to go with the VA loan, even if it was lower than the other offer. Again, as mentioned, it becomes personal. If the cash buyer will put up a large non-refundable deposit, and can close quickly, if YOU are prepared to move quickly, then ok, but you need it to work for you too. The loan type has its caviats as well, inspection, appraisal, repairs, etc. Talk through it and find the best fit for your situation.
