It is not exaggerating to say that they have redefined great service. Through every step of the process, we truly felt they were on our side, going the extra mile whenever possible. We were new to the area, and a conversation with Tiffany convinced us the importance of having an agent with local knowledge (and brutal honesty to warn you of potential pitfalls). Our first viewing appointment turned into a full day event, where Maria and Tiffany tirelessly went through all scenarios, explaining to us the pros and cons, and making phone calls to answer any questions on the spot. In a hot market as it is today, I never expected any agent to have such quick turnarounds consistently - which required a ton of local connections and strong professionalism. After narrowing down our choice, the team did an outstanding job negotiating on our behalf. Things they would think of before we did made this feel like working with family rather than with a RE agent. During COVID there were a lot of moving parts including supply shortages. These complications resulted in many back-and-forth communications going late into the evening. Maria and Tiffany addressed all these beautifully while we engaged remotely 2,800 miles away. All of our questions were addressed promptly, sometimes within minutes, even considering the time zone difference. During inspection, Maria and Tiffany supervised the entire process on our behalf and engaged us through video chat. They even took efforts to walkthrough the repairs for us, videotaping every inspection item, showing us how they have been resolved. To complete landscape design remotely was a challenge but Tiffany and Maria made it possible. Through their negotiation, we got the exact design we wanted, including hard-to-find items. We even got a wine barrel as bonus gift, because we are in the wine country. I couldnt say enough good things about Maria and Tiffany. Working with them is not only transparent, efficient, but also fun! We love our new home, a big part because it has gone through their scrutiny and the good vibes from them. I would recommend Maria and Tiffany to any family and friend!
