ZillowVERIFIEDSinden was the driving force behind making my property purchase happen. Despite several setbacks she kept my spirits up during the process and led me to a successful close. My first lender dropped out due to property issues and Sinden recommended a different lender who saved me tons of money with lower rates and lower fees. She went above and beyond what I would normally expect of a buyers agent. I am hard of hearing and I don't like using phones. Sinden accommodated my disability and worked with me via text and email. She helped me locate a local contractor that was able to fix some minor issues before closing and they were very reasonably priced. She even went with them and did some cleaning while they were busy with the issues. She is an amazing realtor I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.

ZillowVERIFIED Sinden truly is amazing and knows excellently how to get a deal done. The local market is rather slow for my property type, but she managed to sell my property about 5 times faster than I thought it might take. She got a couple offers in very quickly and worked hard to get it sold. I couldn't have asked for more, thank you Sinden!!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a computer programmer, so I'm very logical and super resourceful when it comes to doing research. When trying to find a house I worked with a lot of agents during my search process, but in the end Sinden was by far the best. I would recommend her to anybody. I will continue to use her for any of my needs going forward. I can't thank her enough for everything she has done. She is very knowledgeable, lots of experience, listened to my needs, took time to understand my goals and there was never any pressure. Was like working with my best friend. Thank you so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Anyone can look good when the process goes smoothly. The sale of our home could have derailed by an unexpected banking influence that took us all by surprise. After we all said "what just happened?" Sinden spent the time needed ( a couple days ) to brake down our problem, go directly to the source, and bring everyone together and close on time. She works hard and doesn't seem to have an end to her day. She is quite responsive, a very good listener and finds answers to things she doesn't know. (there isn't much she doesn't know). She is my first call on my nxt transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Sinden has been our agent for two properties we sold. Both properties were difficult to sell. She provided the kind of professional expertise that was needed to overcome some issues. Her approach was both creative and intelligent with a commitment that reflects her professional approach with all of her efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Sinden Harum is without a doubt the go-to agent when you need your house sold! My elderly mother needed to sell her little house quickly and wow..15 days after listing, we had a cash buyer, negotiation minimal (Sinden knows the market!) and it was a done deal. Our family is profoundly grateful..and pretty proud of ourselves for bringing Sinden onboard to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I ran up against many walls keeping the sale of our house from completion. Sinden was always very quick to come to our aid with her expertise and great experience and brought us through all of the crises thrown at us. Her response was immediate and very professional. She worked above and beyond what was expected of her when our house was being appraised. When the underwriters requested more info, Sinden was quick to investigate to see if the information was actually a requirement and then was always there to walk us through the procedures needed to meet the requirements. You can not go wrong in hiring Sinden to be your realtor. She'll stand by your side and work excedingly hard to see that your home is sold and try to make the experience a pleasant experience.
