She very patiently walked us through the steps and took the stress level down to where it was just another walk in the park so to speak. Simona was very patient with helping us to find our forever home. It was not an easy process because my husband and I were not on the same page and both have jobs that our schedule can change from day to day. Add to that that I am still living in another state, but, through it all Simona was kind, patient and worked around our hectic schedules. I am sure that there are days where we probably made her want to drink! We looked at so many houses, made offers on several that didn't work out and through all of the frustration, Simona was cool, calm and collected. If this wasn't our forever home, we would definitely go through her again.
