Great experience working with Carly on my sell & buy transactions. Seasoned pro that also brings good team to the table if needed. This is the second time I was working with Carly. From the initial consultstion, she started to give us invaluable advice that helped us to properly prepare our home for sale. As a result, it took just one week from listing to being under the contract. All negotiations and appointments were handled smoothly. The buying experience was equally polished. No issues with viewings or offers/negotiations. Once we were under the contract, the process was guided w/o surprises. Would definitely work with her on my next acquisition!

We had an amazing experience working with Bri over the course of several months. From start to finish, she was incredibly dedicated, responsive, and truly invested in helping us find the right home. She went above and beyond for usaEUR"working even on Thanksgiving Eve, attending our home inspection when we couldnt be there, and guiding us through a stressful financing issue that could have easily derailed the process. Her support during that time meant so much to us. Bri is extremely knowledgeable about the area and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Because of that, she was able to narrow down options and ensure we didnt waste time on homes that werent the right fit. Carly has been absolutely amazing! As a CODA and fluent in American Sign Language, she was the perfect fit for my husband and me, as we are both Deaf.
