Chris did an amazing job for me w the purchase and rental of an investment property in June 2025. Chris was truly committed to making it the best transaction he could. Not only was he professional in every regard but he brought a competent and professional team from home inspection to Legal to finance to ensure the process went smoothly from start to finish. I found I was able to rely on his input and advice to represent my best interests. I felt he was a strong negotiator . Additionally, Chris , went above and beyond in areas like moving furniture out of the space, storing it, finding me a handyman which is his father, and finding a great qualified renter for me and negotiating that lease.. There were some ups and downs and he was a steady hand helping me navigate the terrain. I came to trust his advice and input very early in the process as I understood that he was experienced, knowledgeable and was representing my best interest. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep but instead his balanced approach was fair to all parties which in the end secured a timely closing. I will use Chris again and recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Extremely disappointing experience with branch manager Simon Vassalo. From the beginning, communication from the agent assigned to me was inconsistent and slow. Messages went unanswered for long stretches, updates were vague, and I often felt like I was the one chasing down basic information. When these concerns became significant enough that I wanted to end the Buyer Agency Agreement early, I requested a mutual written termination aEUR" something that the contract specifically allows. When I brought this to Simon, instead of addressing the communication issues or even acknowledging them, he immediately shut down the request. He stated that Coldwell Banker aEURoedoes not authorize releases except under very specific and rare circumstances,aEUR? yet could not point to any such conditions in the contract. They simply do not exist. The actual agreement clearly states that early termination is permitted with mutual written consent, but Simon refused to even consider it. The tone throughout the interaction was dismissive, uncooperative, and far from professional. He repeatedly ignored the plain wording of the contract, provided no explanation for his position, and showed little interest in resolving the situation fairly. His lack of transparency and unwillingness to engage in meaningful communication made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. If you expect responsiveness, professionalism, and a branch manager who respects written agreements and addresses client concerns, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience with Simon left me with no confidence in his leadership or his commitment to client service.
