ZillowVERIFIEDWe enjoyed working with Manny on this process. We started way early (last year) as I was nearing retirement, but well before we planned on moving. We dropped in from AZ and Manny showed us the area, took us to a few example houses in our price range and gave us a good idea what to expect for the area. It took almost 2 years (Manny is so patient) but we found our new home and are excited to be moving into it in the spring. Manny is good people and he took care of us in this process. We had a lot going on (3 homes to sell 2 in AZ 1 in Maine, a house to buy, retirement and lots more) and Manny helped make the buying part a lot easier. Very professional and on top of things. Snafus were handled and we were even able to time the closing to our cross country drive from AZ to Maine. Not perfect, but smooth enough. Manny was flawless, our lender not so much. Ultimately everything worked out. We did 90% of the transaction online and through phone calls and messaging, but for the most part everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Manny.
