Caitlin was incredible to work with from start to finish. Her knowledge and experience with selling a home while navigating a contingency were such an important part of making the entire process go smoothly. She helped make it possible for us to sell our home and close on our new home with ease. Because we were dealing with two homes at once, there were so many moving pieces, deadlines, and documents to keep track of. Caitlin was an excellent communicator and made sure everything was handled professionally, correctly, and on time. She stayed on top of every detail and kept us informed throughout the entire process. With our busy schedules, it gave us such peace of mind knowing Caitlin was keeping track of what needed to be completed and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. If I could give Caitlin 100 stars I would. She spent months looking at houses with my husband and I. If we had a question she responded immediately. If we asked about something she wasn't sure about, she did her research and got back to us as soon as she had an answer. We never had to hound her or send multiple emails in order to get a response from her. She looked out for our best interests throughout the entire process. She was always honest with us. We never felt like she was giving us advise just to close a deal. She really wants to please her clients and make sure they find a home that meets their needs. It was wonderful working with our realtor Caitlin Parenteau. As first-time home buyers with a newborn, we needed tons of help in understanding the process and having someone steering us in the right direction. Caitlin has excellent knowledge of the current real estate market and therefore, provided the wise guidance we were looking for. She was very patient, professional and respectful since the first day we met her. We went through several challenges, bid wars, different offers, and laborious process (we bought a short sale, many times a complicated transaction!). Crucial insights were given during the whole process, saving us tons of energy and money. Finally, we found our dream house! In addition, she was always available for our questions, day and night, being flexible even when we requested to see the properties later in the afternoon and weekends.
