About Simon Umanoff
I'm Simon Umanoff, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and co-founder of The Pinnacle Team at RE/MAX Edge, on Willowbrook Road in Staten Island. I have lived on Staten Island for over 20 years. I came to real estate through my own home search, and I bring a background in sales and marketing to every listing.
On our team I run marketing and the buyer side: the photography, the listing feed to the home search sites, the open houses and every follow-up. My partner, Frank Bergen, a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker, runs pricing and negotiation. The agents you meet at the first walkthrough are the ones at the closing table.
