About Frank Bergen
I'm Frank Bergen, a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and co-founder of The Pinnacle Team at RE/MAX Edge, on Willowbrook Road in Staten Island. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, and I have worked in real estate since 2019, on Staten Island and in Brooklyn.
On our team I run pricing and negotiation. I set the price with the seller from the recent sales nearby, work every offer, and stay on the file through closing. My partner, Simon Umanoff, runs our marketing, so the photos, the open houses and the follow-up all come from our own desk. The agents you meet at the first walkthrough are the ones at the closing table.
