ZillowVERIFIED When I moved to Chico and wanted to buy a home, Sima was recommended to me. I thought I wanted a condominium because I didn't need the responsibility of yardwork, but Sima found me a detached single family home with patios in lieu of front and back yards, in a perfect location and neighborhood. She only needed to show me a few homes, because she really listened to what I wanted and was able to come up with something very quickly that suited my needs. She was communicative and helpful throughout all stages of the buying process. I love my new home and am so grateful for Sima's assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Sima at an open house and found her to be professional and trustworthy. When we saw other homes advertised that we wanted to tour, we contacted Sima. She found us a home we love and was supportive throughout the entire escrow process. Sima works very hard for her clients, and we would recommend her without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Sima helped us in the purchase of our new home, this was no easy task as we had some hurdles along the way with our mortgage lender. Sima worked closely with our lender to keep us all on the same page, and to keep things moving along. She pushed when it was necessary and was able to get everything to go through for us. I truly feel that without Simas knowledge of the whole process and relationships with others involved with this purchase we would have not been able to buy our dream home. We truly appreciate all the hard work she put in for us.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are very pleased that we chose Sima Sabury to represent us in the sale of our home. She sold our house sooner that we ever expected. Her marketing was great. Our house was displayed nicely on multiple media outlets. She was great in negotiating with the buyer and gave us helpful advice when it was needed to close the deal. She was very knowledgeable about the current local market and was able to guide us through the entire process; from preparing our house for market, to final paperwork on the sale. She is professional and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Sima as our realtor two times. The first was when we bought our house four years ago, and we were so impressed, we called on her again when we needed to sell our house. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and really goes out of her way to make the buying and selling process go smoothly. She was available to meet with us whenever we had time available, and worked around our schedules. She kept us informed of all the details as they developed so we always knew what was going on. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor that is willing to go above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED Without a doubt, Sima is among the best of the best in Chico! I have been involved in mortgage lending for 12 years locally and have referred many of my clients to her. When it came time to choose a realtor to sell my own house and purchase a new home, there was no hesitation in contacting Sima to represent me in both transactions. She is a consummate professional. She always has her client's wants and needs at the forefront of her mind and will go above and beyond to meet them. Her knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills are 2nd to none in Butte County. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend SIma and will continue to send my clients her way!!! Thank you Sima for all of your help! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Sima takes pride in her career, and a job done right. I really think she has sleepless nights wondering what she can do for her clients. Just my personal option. She was with us from the start, and when the final escrow papers were signed she was there to ensure we understood what was being signed. She kept us informed as to Realtor visits, and passed along any feed back from prospective buyers.I gave her five stars across the board because she earned them. Not because she was sweet, easy to talk with and personable. Although she is all that too.

ZillowVERIFIED Sima is a wonderful agent. Whenever I called her, she responded instantly. When the water was not turned on at the new location on a Saturday, she was able to get a service person there in 1/2 hour to turn the water on. She dealt with a somewhat difficult escrow in a very efficient manner and was able to accomplish the close of a difficult escrow (dealing with people in India) as quickly as possible. She is very knowledeable and detailed oriented. Sima is very responsive and would meet with me at any hour that was convenient for my working schedule. She explained every detail of the process in a very understandable way. She is very responsive and pleasant. I would highly recommend Sima for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Sima was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Whenever we had a concern or question she helped us with information and reassured us in a professional manner. She helped us understand what was going on in the market so that we were able to put an accurate price on our house, which is telling in that we got an offer for asking price within three days on the market. She helped us in the weeks leading up to getting the house on the market and in every step of the escrow process, and the house closed without any hitches.

ZillowVERIFIED Sima was beyond diligent. Her service and assistance made selling our home seamless. As our agent, Sima made me feel protected, and gave me absolute confidence in the process. I highly recommend Sima. She has an amazing work ethic and tremendous knowledge of the process. This all coming from someone who has a very difficult time accepting the amount realtors make off an owner's home. Sima was well worth the expense!

ZillowVERIFIED I called Sima when I needed a realtor in another city to help me sell my parent's home. She called around, found one and told her my special needs because I am Conservator. Then Sima kept checking back with me to make sure I was eased with how things were going. I appreciate her assistance and recommend her. When I have need of a realtor Sima is the one I will call. ZillowVERIFIED We had a difficult sale and had moved to the east coast leaving our home in Chico. Sima handled everything related to the sale with such integrity and professionalism. She kept us informed in a timely fashion where we were in the process. Sima also made special arrangements to close in our own city rather than having to fly across country to sign documents. She was amazing!!! I highly recommend her to handle any type of sale in Chico and the surrounding areas!!

ZillowVERIFIED I am happy to refer Sima Saboury to my friends and family. Sima was there the whole way for me. I am a Veteran and many Real Estate Agents declared that I would never be able to buy a house using my Va benefits because none of the houses I could afford would qualify. Sima stayed Steadfast. It was scary but everything worked out. Sima is a very hard worker. She is loyal to her clients. She does not let anything get in her way and was always professional. I was amazed that she was there for me because it seemed nothing was working out. We looked at several houses made a few offers, even open escrow twice, all over 4-5 months. I was so tried and discouraged I almost gave up! I am now a homeowner again and have a great little house that I can once again call home... My sincere thanks to Sima! I also want say this would never have been possible without my dedicated loan officer Kelly Lotti. Kelly and Sima worked together seamlessly to make it happen and I am grateful to both. I'm a insurance agent by profession and work with lots of Real Estate agents and Lenders and I don't know anyone that workers harder than these two. With respect and appreciation Thank you Thank you...
