For becoming a homeowner, I would suggest saving up for a down payment, strengthening your credit, researching program options, etc. I also would make sure to obtain a pre-approval letter from your preferred lender. Make sure to choose an agent who is a local expert and who will strive to assist you with finding your dream home with as less stress as possible.

In order to sell your home quick and for top dollar, I would suggest cleaning the home, marketing using for sale signs, displaying professional photos on listing sites, and most importantly, hiring a real estate agent for assistance with the process.

When I was younger, I used to love going with my mom while she home shopped. I remember saying, “Mom, I want to be a real estate agent”. Years later, here I am. Real Estate is a huge passion of mine. I take it seriously, but I also make it a fun and stress-free experience for my clients. I’m also a social bug with great communication skills, which goes great with Real Estate.
