We spent a few weeks thoroughly discussing what I wanted and bam, once again within a few weeks I had the perfect spot in escrow. I really cannot say enough good things about Shianne. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, always picks up the phone or texts back, goes out of her way to make sure everything is squared away, and I've never once felt pressured to increase my offer or just take an offer lower than I want to get the sale done.
