We have worked with Sheryl on three different occasions, two rental properties and one house purchase. The first was when we moved from out of the area. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, gave us a good overview of the area, and was very well equipped to answer our questions. We then retained her for our next move into another rental and she helped us get the house when there were multiple offers. The third time we used her was for the purchase of our present house. There were also multiple offers in this case and she helped us get the house without any counteroffers taking place. I would definitely recommend her.
