Chris and Jennie made the buying and selling process as easy and fun as it could get. Chris provided great advice getting our house ready, a beautiful listing, and a competitive asking price. We received several offers within the first week. This is where Jennie stepped in and really shines. She was able to coordinate everything to get us above asking. While she was doing all the behind the scenes work Chris was out helping us find our home. We started out with a few things we needed and he helped us figure out what we liked and what we didn't. Giving great advice when needed and making us feel supported and encouraged. Taking us to several listings, helping us figure out a competitive offer based on what we could afford. Jennie again coordinated everything needed for the purchase. She worked flawlessly with our lender, escrow, title company, other realtors, and most importantly...us. They kept us up to date on everything going on, explained everything we didn't understand, and calmed my nerves from start to finish.
