ZillowVERIFIEDWe searched for a place at Wintergreen for over a year. Sherry was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and always there to show us each new place that might meet our desires. We wanted the kind of place that goes very quickly, and Sherry stayed on top of the market. When the property we ultimately purchased was listed, we had an offer on the table within 24 hours, which was a good things because were were not the only ones. Sherry helped us craft the offer so that ours was the best one.

My experience with Sherry was outstanding. She took the initiative and jump-started the entire selling experience. She also recommended many of the contractors that were needed to prepare the house to go on the market, and they were excellent and a pleasure to work with. One day after the open house, I had two offers and sold the house. It would be hard to have a better experience. On top of all this, she is a very nice person.

ZillowVERIFIED The folks handling the nursing home bridge loan for my suddenly invalid relative sent Sherry my way, and she impressed me more with every interaction. The situation necessitated the quick sale of an old home in disrepair three states away from my current residence. Sherry smoothed the process immeasurably. Personable and genuine, yet 100% the professional. She is an exemplar of excellence in communication, both in clarity and responsiveness. I obtained estimates and market analyses from four real estate agencies during the cleanup and renovation project; the other three were like grade school work compared to hers. By the time I was prepared to finalize my choice of real estate agents, I had so much confidence and trust in Sherry that there was really no decision to make. This was a very stressful four month roller coaster ride for me and my family. We are so grateful to have had Sherry on our side throughout. Five stars are not enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry was a joy to work with and helped us find and purchase the perfect home in Afton, VA during a challenging time (both due to COVID and an intense seller's market). She is very knowledgeable about the purchasing process and Charlottesville & the surrounding area. She was quick to answer our questions and was incredibly responsive and willing to accompany us to showings at the drop of a hat. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Sherry again or recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry was recommended from friends who had recently used her and she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable of the area and the entire home buying process. Visited the property several times on our behalf to meet inspector, take videos, and perform the final walkthrough prior to closing. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in and around Wintergreen.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry provided exceptional service through out our process of buying in Wintergreen. She was by far the most responsive agent I have ever worked with and her knowledge of the homes in the area was vast. Sherry was always willing to do what she could to help us view a property and we were often the first ones to get to see a property, which was very helpful in a competitive market. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED You will be taken care of with Sherry! She was extremely responsive and invested in us finding our perfect mountain home. Whenever something came up during the closing process, Sherry was on top of the situation and had it handled within the hour. She was such a pleasure and warm presence to work with. Our young daughter could not wait to see her each time. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you Sherry!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry was a rockstar realtor! We live in the Richmond area and made several trips to Wintergreen to find the right home. The market was really tight at this moment in time and Sherry walked us through the process with professionalism and confidence. We bought our house before we stepped foot inside. After having our offer accepted, she went to check it out and reported back before we were able to come up to see it. When it came time to choose a paint color for the house, we sent her the colors we wanted and she took the time to take them to the Wintergreen home owners' association to get them approved. I didn't have to make the trip up just for that! We would definitely recommend Sherry for your house selling/buying needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry was wonderful to work with. We bought our house without seeing it so Sherry was always available to get us the info we needed to make our decision. It was a long process. We started looking at Wintergreen and then changed our location to the Charlottesville area. Sherry was always accommodating when we called.

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry represented me as a seller's agent recently. I was impressed with Sherry from the beginning of the process to the end. We had a few wrinkles after listing our house and Sherry helped me problem solve them quickly. She knows the Wintergreen market very well. After we moved out and before we sold, we needed someone to be at our house for inspection and other appointments and Sherry was always there for us. I can't say enough good things about Sherry!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were extremely fortunate to connect with Sherry on the recent purchase of our second home. From beginning to end, we were impressed with Sherry's knowledge and professionalism. She went above and beyond our expectations throughout each step of our home buying journey. She responded quickly to every question we asked, she successfully navigated a multiple offer situation on the property we chose, and she provided multiple resources to streamline the experience for us. As a previous real estate agent myself, I was overwhelmed with how amazing Sherry was throughout! She's become more than an agent to us-her genuine caring and concern has made her a life long friend and one that we'd HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks SO much Sherry-you're the very best!

ZillowVERIFIED Sherry negotiated a tough purchase on a home that had lots of interest. We put our hope and trust in her and she delivered.. we now own the home that had multiple offers right off the bat! When things got tricky at closing, Sherry drove to our out-of-town closing agent (twice) to ensure our big purchase completed without a hitch. We highly recommend Sherry for your biggest investment.. she will make it personal! Thanks so much, Sherry!- Esther Reed RN, BSN

ZillowVERIFIED SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY, MORE THAN NORMAL, TO PREVIEW OUR HOME BY COMING OUT & SPEND THE DAY WITH US. WE FEEL THAT KNOWING WHAT THE POTENTIAL COUPLE WHO BOUGHT OUR HOME, WAS INTERESTED IN ( PRIVACY, LAY OF THE LAND, etc ) she was able to observe, eventually lead the couple to follow thru & buy our property.
