Sherri has made the process so smooth and easy and has local knowledge and experience that makes it seem effortless. Her knowledge of local contractors and experts who can get the home approved through the toughest of inspections was the key in making the deal go through. She listens to the seller and provides positive feedback and support in making the right decisions. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell! She sold my 1994 Manufactured Home from start to finish in about a month turnaround! Great Job Sherri! Give her a call!!

I spoke to a few agents but was most impressed by Sherri Dotts immediate response and area knowledge. I described to Sherri the type of property I desired and after a short period she made several appropriate suggestions.I booked a flight from LAX to Spokane and met with Sherri in her Colville office. We viewed several properties but one in particular perfectly met the requirements I had described to her. Guided by Sherri's advice a negotiation was entered into with the owners resulting in a mutually acceptable conclusion. I could not be happier with the outcome and the pivotal role Sherri played in my ownership of literally the house of my dreams in this warm and friendly community.
