ZillowVERIFIEDWhen selecting a realtor I wrote about an hour long interview process and selected a few local realtors I found online or had recommended to me. Sheri was one I found online that caught my eye and was included in the interviews. After interviewing Sheri I knew I was done and had my Realtor. Sheri isn't just a sales-person, she is a people-person. Sheri wasn't just a sales person trying to get a commission. She wanted me to be a good fit for her as much as I wanted her to be a good fit for me. She answered my questions directly and honestly, rather than dancing around questions or trying to say what she thought I wanted to hear. It was an easy decision to hire her as my realtor.Throughout the entire process Sheri was prompt with responses and information, and tried to make sure she was waiting on me, and I wasn't waiting on her. She provided a lot of valuable insight into prepping the house, including having multiple contacts for various jobs around the house. With showings, and reviewing offers and such I always felt like I was in good hands, and could rely on her experience to help interpret all of the information coming my way. The only negative comment that I have to make about Sheri is that she moved out of state shortly after my closing completed, and is no longer working in the state of Utah. For those of you in NC reading this trying to decide on someone to help you buy or sell a home: Have one meeting with Sheri and you'll be sold.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri is reliable, communicates well, and goes above and beyond for you. She is truly a phenomenal realtor! She helped us sell our house when the military relocated us overseas. We met with her prior to leaving to talk about what would help sell the house quickly and discuss our limited availability due to our move. We had a lot of activities happening after we left (carpet cleaning, house cleaning, etc.) which was seamless with her prompt responses and willingness to meet contractors on our behalf as well as her consistent communication with us. She also helped us out with a few little things that we did not foresee like getting a replacement doorbell. In the end we received multiple offers, she reviewed each offer over the phone and answered any questions we had about the offers. We were able to get our house sold and funding in about a month. If we move back to Utah when we return from overseas, we will definitely be reaching out for her help with buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Such a personable and professional agent. Sheri helped us buy our home in 2019 and sell it in 2022. No other agent we would ever consider. She even came and helped us after hours when someone locked us out of our home after showings. She handed any roadblocks and took the stress for us so we could enjoy the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri has helped me by my first house 5 years ago, and recently she helped me sell my house. I trust Sheri with my family. You could not ask for a better realtor. She has vast knowledge of areas and how the market works and how that market can work for you. If you have any questions, she is very quick to respond. She is always professional and makes you feel like family at the same time. If you need a realtor I highly recommend Sheri for your buying and selling needs. Look no further than Sheri.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri was amazing to work with from day one. She helped us through the ups and downs that we face as we purchased our first home and was able to explain things to us to help us make the process go smoothly. She worked great with the sellers agent, and made sure that we were taking care of the whole way through this process. I would highly recommend her to everyone that I know to use as their agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri and Lee did an amazing job helping us sell our previous home and then buy the home of our dreams. We were asked by the developer to get the home on the market within a week of putting our earnest money down. Within a week on the market we were under contract and working through the inspection, etc. We had an issue with the first appraisal on our previous home and Sheri got us in contact with another, more experienced appraiser that resolved the mistakes of the previous appraiser. When items came up between us and the developer Sheri was a bulldog and tenaciously fought in our behalf. We STRONGLY recommend Sheri and Lee to anyone looking. They are a great team to have in your corner.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri is the best!! Seriously we have bought and sold before and this time was so much easier! Sheri and Lee went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. They were in constant communication through the entire process. They explained everything in detail so that we were informed of every step. They are seriously amazing and I would never choose anyone else. There were a few hiccups (as there always are) and they handled everything professionally while informing us of our options. I highly recommend Sheri and Lee. They will do anything in their power to get you into your dream home! Thank you Sheri and Lee!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri was awesome to work with. She was out of town when we contacted her but she made sure to put us in contact with a co-agent in order to get to visit the house in no time so we could get under contract. As soon as she came back, she was very present and very responsive. She helped us with the sale of our home (which went under contact within 48 hours) and with the purchase of our new one. I would definitely recommend Sheri as she really made us feel like a family friend rather than a client.

ZillowVERIFIED Lee and Sheri Jordan helped my husband and I buy our first home. We had several snags and hold ups with the VA program but Lee and Sheri were so amazing, they were always in communication with us, they answered every question we had and helped us every step of the way. This would have been a very difficult experience without them, I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great time working with Sheri Jordan. If you're military and looking to purchase a home, she was able to assist with a facetime tour of a home and was able to get a home inspection available on the weekend when I flew in. When my PCS items were delivered, she was able to provide someone there in case our household goods arrived before us. I highly recommend her to all military moving to Utah.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri and Lee are fun to work with. They showed my husband and I a bunch of houses one afternoon and we were a bit discouraged as we weren't seeing anything that we liked. Unbeknownst to us, they got a feel for what we wanted and within a day or two, they called to let us know that a house came on the market that they thought would be perfect for us. It was!! There were other offers (we saw it the first day, and there were still other offers!) but they went the extra mile to find out what was important to the seller so that our offer would be as strong as it could be. In the end we got it and even a new roof thrown in. After having such a great experience, we sent our daughter to Sheri and Lee to find them a place in the under $150 k price range - not an easy price to find a home in! But the second place they looked at was "the one". Again, there were multiple offers, but Sheri and Lee managed to negotiate them to the top. Lee recently said he feels like he gets a feeling for what his buyers are looking for and gets a sense that *this* is a house they'll love. I couldn't agree more. This is a tough market to buy in, but we have two happy buyers from our family :) We will definitely refer anyone we can.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri and Lee are awesome! Professional, Knowledgable, courteous, timely and an all around pleasure to have by our side through this process. We bought our first house through them in 2018, but work caused a quick move for us. Again, Sheri and Lee displayed those same quality characteristics when it came to listing and selling our property. Should we ever end up back in Utah, I know who our first call will be!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheri helped us both sell our old home and purchase our new home. She performed 2 open houses for us and was extremely responsive to my abundance of questions as a first time home buyer. Our home was on the market less than a month and Sheri was able to get us over our asking price. She also had great contacts working through the mortgage process with Jeff Titus. We were purchasing the house through a relocation company which posed some differences in the standard process, but Sheri was very knowledgeable and able to walk us through it step by step. We had one small issue with the folks we were purchasing our home from over a supplementary purchase of an entertainment center, but nothing that hindered the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Sheri. She was outstanding!

ZillowVERIFIED When the military gave me and my family four months to move from Georgia to Utah, buying a house felt impossible; especially for first-time home buyers. That was until Sheri Jordan came into our lives and made the impossible happen. From day one, Sheri set our minds at ease and made us feel like family. Her attentiveness, tireless work ethic, and friendliness made our first-time home buying experience a pleasure. After meticulously looking at multiple homes, Sheri found us our dream home in less than a month and our offer was accepted in a multiple bid situation. Her reliability and service is unmatched and my family joins with the many who simply say--she is the best.
