Shelly Haney is the best realtor in all of North Georgia and North Carolina. If I could give here a million stars, I would, but they only give us 5. I bought my home in Hiawassee with Shelly's big time help. I live in Florida and if I ever needed anything during the process she was always there to help no matter if it was Saturday, Sunday or any other day. Even now 2 month later I can call her if I need any help since I live far away from the house I bought. If you need a reliable agent and simply very helpful person for buying a house, Shelly is the best one. It's not the first house I bought, so I dealt with a few Realtors.
