I have been a real estate agent and an investor for 17 years and I've lived in Arizona for 24 years. I've witnessed the West Valley's great transformation from farmland and dirt roads to endless construction and freeways. My intimate knowledge of this region gives me enthusiasm to make my home, your home. During the real estate crisis from 2005-2010, I helped many people avoid losing their homes due to short sales, foreclosures and becoming bank owned properties. This has provided me with compassion, superior customer service, and commitment to work hard, listen, and follow through.

Community Involvement
Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to the community. I received the Organization of the Year Award for a Mother/Child Organization that I developed from the State of California as well as from Riverside County. I held an annual fundraising event for the Homeless Youth Connection for a few years; package food for the Feed the Starving Children; and serve the homeless Veterans at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have passion for helping the less fortunate, which directly translates to helping my clients. I will be with you any time of the day for any questions or concerns you have.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
I've been playing pickleball competitively for 8+ years. I love mountain biking and hiking with my two large dogs, Luna and Stewie.
FAMILY
I'm married to my one and only love and we have one very intelligent teenager. We currently have two dogs and two cats but we've had every creature imaginable at one time or another! I also play a role in rescuing dogs and cats with our community's animal rescue.

We can all find homes these days by searching the internet. But, I can get you access to unlisted and off market and pre-market properties, including distressed sales and bank foreclosures.
Home buyers can now search for homes with a click of a mouse so I'll make sure your home gets listed on most all internet platforms. I will provide strong negotiation skills to get the best possible price for your home. I will communicate with you during the entire process and after should you have questions after the sale closes. And, most importantly, I will be honest with each detail throughout the process.
I have successfully worked with buyers; sellers; renters; bank owned properties; shortsales; and properties going into foreclosure.
The most rewarding home sales were the homes that I sold as shortsales. The sellers were close to going into foreclosure so it was rewarding helping them sell their homes and avoid foreclosure and put them into a new home 2 - 4 years thereafter!
I worked at a real estate company recruiting new agents before I decided to get licensed myself.
