ZillowVERIFIEDShelley did an outstanding job in helping me find and close on my new home. She is very responsive to my needs and had my best interest at heart. She was very professional. She went above and beyond to help me get through the process of buying my home. She was tentative to the needs of the process of accomplishing the goals I requested in getting everything I needed to make the purchase of the new home. When the sellers could provide the information needed Shelley went above and beyond to get that information. She was very accommodating to my schedule for viewing the property. Shelley made the whole process as smooth as possible. Her follow up skills are amazing. And response time was impeccable. She was informative about what to expect and how things should proceed. She is very knowledgeable about her line of work.

ZillowVERIFIED When a parent passes away, you can imagine or you can relate, the amount of stress a person goes through to get everything in order. Especially when you are preparing to sell that parent?s home. It is an emotional process. Shelley made the process smooth for me. I was able to hand over that task to her and she took care of the rest!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley is amazing! She makes the process super simple and is quick to answer any questions! She knows her stuff. I can?t recommend her enough! She helped us buy our house and then helped us sell it - if sold the first day on the market!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Shelley! I was a first-time home-buyer with very little knowledge about the process. I quickly found out how competitive this current market is. She was patient with me as I would change my mind about putting in offers or not when I was scared of the dreadful no. She was honest and really helped to take the pressure off of me. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the one and ended up in a bidding war, Shelley walked me through every step of the negotiations. Unfortunately, the sellers agent wasnt the easiest to work with but she stood her ground for me! I highly recommend Shelley for any of your home buying or selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was very helpful as we were preparing to list our home, delivered expert information about the market, and then worked quickly to get our home listed and sold within a couple of days...at 10% above our asking price with no seller concessions.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley Once again went above and beyond as my realtor. There has never been a more responsive person. Her expertise in so many areas fast tracks the process. Her attention to detail causes other professionals in the buying process to be more diligent. Rather you are buying land, a house, or commercial property this woman is a sure bet that you will be happy at closing!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was such a great help when it came time for me to House hunt. She was patient and knowledgeable. Shelley was very helpful when it came to all my questions. I really appreciated the fact that she was always available when i had questions and doubts. She responded to emails and texts almost immediately and would always get information i needed within a timely manner. Her willingness to help and be available all the time is one of the best qualities she has as a realtor. Her patience for my indecisiveness is like no other and she handles it with ease. She was able to refer others to me as well, such as lenders, house inspectors and repair professionals. Those she recommended were all qualified and professionals as well, which helped ease my worries and stress of having to find one myself. I would recommend Shelley 100% to anyone who needs a realtor. She is savvy, professional, a go getter and knows what her clients want.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was excellent to work with. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We had a few hiccups along the way (no fault of hers) and she continued to reassure us that everything would be fine, and helped calm us down when we thought we were at the end of our rope, so to speak. I highly recommend Shelley to help you find your next home.
