Michelle did an excellent job in researching homes and the area we have been looking in. She was especially wonderful in "seeing" the things about each home that were positive and negative. She quickly had a grasp on what we are looking for and helped us have a very real look at each home. She is knowledgeable and very comfortable to be around. I was impressed with her knowledge, but also impressed with her honesty. If she didn't KNOW an answer to a question, she wrote it down and followed up with the answer. She was a great combination of professionalism and friendliness, putting us at ease and making our honest opinions welcome at any time. My company relocated me to central Indiana approximately 9 years ago. I used Michelle to buy my first house in the area. I have since moved two more times and without a second thought asked Michelle to sell two of the homes as a selling agent and used her as a buyers agent on all three that I have bought in this area. She works very hard to in every aspect of the buisness. She has been a great asset on both sides of the table.
