1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
There is two types of buyers, cash and finance and in South Florida some properties have multiple offers so if the buyer wants the property I would advise putting in the highest and best offer they can, if there is not multiple offers there may be more room to negotiate, and for buyers financing it is wise to be pre-approved before shopping.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
South Florida is a pricing market with allot of cash in the market place. It is always good to look at the comps and have great curb appeal, and make the home or property inviting to get the highest price possible.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all different clients from first time home buyers, luxury sales, relocation, investment and REO and short sales, also experienced in light commercial sales.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I like all the transactions, love working with people to help them reach their goals, buying or selling every transaction is unique in itself, love what I do.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was leaving the Restaurant business and was previously also buying and selling Real Estate so it looked liked a good fit, that was in 2006.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, I have been an REo agent for years, which brings me to allot of different areas and gives me experience with pricing in different areas, love to work with people and help. I also have a bank of experts to help along the way, title, inspectors, and Loan officers.
