ZillowVERIFIED Shelia Pack is by far the best realtor we've ever worked with and made the sale of our home a very smooth process. My wife and I followed her advice on pricing strategy and preparing our home to go on the market. And the result was dozens of showings in just a few days and multiple offers, resulting in a final sales price well above what we expected. Shelia and her team are terrific professionals. If you're buying or selling a home in the Winchester area, we highly recommend going with Shelia Pack and awesome her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila and her team are amazing. They helped us sell our home that was built in 1871. We had several offers within the first week, and I believe a lot of that was due to the wonderful photos, and her helping us to set at the right price.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila and her team were excellent to work with in finding our home at Lake Frederick. Sheila and Paul were both very knowledgable about the area and helpful in evaluating potential homes. We were very impressed with Sheila's knowledge on the best way to structure an offer and with her follow up in negotiating an excellent price on our behalf. We would recommend Sheila and her team to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Communication with sheila was horrible. She seemed to work harder for the people buying our property than us. we had to find out the majority of the information about selling our house from the realtor who was helping us find our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Graciously showed us a number of houses in a large radius until we found the house that best suited us. Helped with last minute negotiations when there was an issue at walk-through. After closing, provided us with a number of local vendors to help with repairs and renovations. Happy to recommend her to other future buyers in the Winchester area!

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with Sheila Pack and Paul Gallagher at ReMax in Winchester, who sold our home in Virginia. They found the right buyers who valued the historic character of the property. We especially appreciated Sheila's suggestions for staging the house and Paul's numerous efforts to show the property and assist with the various septic/water tests and follow up that was done, all with courtesy and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Bad communication with sheila and Brett . All though this agency did sell my brand new town home that took forever to sell and i had to reduce my asking price by at least $10.000.00 and i had to move out same day as closing after i asked for rent back i was told by agency they do not work with sellers on rent back to make time for the day of the move. This agency puts a sign up that will fall over and leaves with no feed back and no communication. I warned you good luck!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila is a wonderful realtor and person. She made all the arrangements or provided me the contact information since I was on the other side of the US. She communicated, keep me up-to-date, and provided advice including pros and cons. You can't go wrong with Sheila. I'm so delighted she responded to my inquiry, she was immediately professional and honest about the real estate I was selling. She didn't tell me it was worth more than it was, so it sold right away. Thank you, Sheila.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila listed and sold our home. She did an outstanding job from start to finish, and exceeded our expectations. We received a full price offer the first day our home was on the market; had approximately 20 showings scheduled for the first 3 or 4 days it was for sale; and received multiple offers, including 2 offers that exceeded our list price. Sheila did an amazing job and we are working with her to purchase our next home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time selling a home and Sheila made it so easy and straight forward. She explained things in an easy to understand way but was also detailed enough so we felt knowledgeable about the process. I loved how I could be honest with her about my questions or concerns and she wouldn't hesitate to tell me how she felt things should be done. I trusted her from day one. She priced our house at the exact perfect price point to get multiple offers but not so many that showed us it was priced too low. I could not be happier with Sheila and her whole team. Definitely would recommend and use her again.
