We first met Sheila during our home building process in Spring of 2016, and even back then, we knew we wanted her to sell our house if and when the time came. Well, that time turned out to be January 2019. We contacted Sheila near the end of the work week and she made it a point to come look at our property and give us a rough timeline of events to come, and then, within HOURS of her looking at our house, she had photography agents calling us to schedule the pictures for the website listing (which turned out beautiful). After the pictures were posted, Sheila provided sound advice for starting price based on her extensive experience in Richmond Hill in addition to taking our input into consideration. About two weeks later, she had scheduled an "agent caravan" to get honest, unbiased feedback about our house and what we could do to reduce time on the market. Feedback from that event was timely and thorough. From there, she coordinated several showings and sought feedback from the potential buyers and their agents to give us an idea of what they liked and where we could improve. On many occasions, we would bombard her with tons of questions and concerns, and she always replied quickly via either text message, voicemail, or a phone call. After the property was under contract, the process between signing the offer and closing the sale was seamless as she organized the closing documentation and made sure all parts of the contract were satisfied. Her comprehensive real estate experience coupled with clear, honest communication made the selling process a breeze. Sheila and her team are masters of the art and we cannot recommend them enough.
