Review Shawn did amazing with finding our forever home! We moved from another state and had no clue where to start looking for a house other than a general area. Any houses we sent him, he was honest about the neighborhoods, schools and anything he knew about the place. If he didnt know, he was quick to find our research on the area. He made it easy to find a comfortable home to raise our children. I highly recommend him!

Review Shawn did an outstanding job with helping buy our FIRST home! He was very knowledgeable about the market and the area. He helped us navigate the complex adventure of first time home buying and made it a breeze. My husband was skeptical of hiring a buying agent but had totally changed his mind after meeting Shawn. We are so glad and thankful for Shawns help. We would recommend Shawn to anyone buying or selling a home!

Review Shawn did an awesome job. We had our house on the market for 6 months, no sale. We canceled our contract with the previous realtor and hired Shawn. He did not disappoint us, he got the sale price to where it should be and sold our house. Great job!

Review It was thanks to Shawn we found our happy home he showed us an area we didn't even know was available and was able to tour us around constantly and patiently. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all he never tried to sell us a home he was simply our guide and showed us what we wanted to see or helped us find what we were looking for when we couldn't find it ourselves he was never pushy and that made all the difference.

Review Shawn was very quick when searching homes and wanting to tour a home. Shawn was very responsive to questions and concerns. I lived at least 50-60 miles from Shawn and was looking in same area for homes. He was quick to make the drive and get me in a house anytime I asked.

Review I dont even know where to start. Found this awesome realtor accidentally I thought but quickly realized that God had put him in our path. He is very knowledgeable about the area and surrounding areas. Was always a phone call or text away. Spent many hours with our family . Became family! Made difficult processes not so difficult. (x4) Will find all the answers if he doesnt already know them. Definitely an asset to any company! And will definitely be a blessing to all who cross his path! Not only our realtor but also our friend!

Review Shawn has a very personable experience about him. He is very professional, and does his job extremely well and considers his clients needs and wants above all. When you meet Shawn, you will truly understand, He never meets a stranger. He is very responsive in his time getting back with you, although he has other clients as well. You will truly feel like youre his only one. I have done business with him in the past, and will continue to do business with him. I highly recommend that if you want an excellent realtor, with knowledge of the area and is not a high-pressure sales person, he would be the realtor, I would most recommend. I truly look forward to doing business with him on other deals move forward in the future.

Review If you're looking to buy or sell anywhere around the expanded Knoxville area, just call Shawn. My wife and I have worked with many realtors in several different states over the past 30 years, both for properties to live in ourselves and for real estate investments. We can tell you that finding a realtor who has total integrity, is creative, will go out of their way to help, who won't be satisfied until you are satisfied, it doesn't matter how flexible or specific your needs are, is cordial and easy to work with, is a wealth of knowledge, etc. is a crap-shoot at best... If you work with 1000 realtors, you might find one, if your lucky... So call Shawn first, you'll be so glad you did. Enjoy, Eldon and Jackie Grant

Review About a year ago my family and I made the biggest investment of our lives. I had numerous opportunities with different realtors and decided to trust Shawn Oaks in our search for a new home. Of all the realtors I dealt with he was the only one that took an honest effort to help us locate our perfect home. With my families expectations this proved to be a challenge. Shawn was always up for this challenge and did a super job for me and my family. Within about 5 months he did help us find our home and made the process easy and an experience we will not forget. I consider him not only my realtor but a very good friend to me and my family. I would give him 100 stars if I could. Highly recommended!!! Give him the chance he will provide all you need.
