ZillowVERIFIED Our biggest complaint with Shawn is her poor communication. Every time we spoke she was in a hurry.The first time I stated I was unhappy with her following up and giving us updates she got upset and was argumentative. When I told Shawn the second time about poor communication she was very dismissive.At one point we received a text from her saying that she sent the counter offer to our email. We were so happy after so many showings finally an offer yay! but nope several text later we found out it was an accident wrong person!When we finally got an offer(after home was off the market) She just forwarded the offer/contract via email for us to review on our own. When I asked her to call me to discuss she stated she was busy with family and would call later. After a few hours she began asking us to counter offer via texting.She never went over the contract with us. To make matters worse we found out that the offer was from an investor who wanted to rent the property out which is not allowed in our community. We told Shawn multiple times the home could not be rented. Shawn is just to busy to pay attention to the details.
