ZillowVERIFIED Shawn made the whole process of selling our house and buying another as painless and stress free as possible! He was quick to respond to any questions and if he didn't know the answer right away, would find out as quick as possible and let us know. We set up a group message to stay in contact during the process and we had a good time joking back and forth. Although the whole process is stressful, it was nice to have someone who knew what we were going through and could make us laugh and keep us from going crazy! I spoke to Shawn and told him what I was looking for and by the end of the first day, he had emailed me 12 different homes in the areas I was interested in. I new what I was looking for and the third one was the one I wanted. Within the week I was in Georgia, met with Shawn, he answered all the questions I had and took me house hunting. We looked at the home I saw on email and I knew right then that was the home I wanted. We went to his office, he showed me all the papers on the house and the financial details it took to own this home. Shawn was very thorough, and by the end of the meeting I had signed and bought the house.He stayed in touch with me and was there right through the closing with me.
