Focus on the ethics and underlying needs of clients. Born and raised on the Shore, transplanted to Annapolis/DC and after much travel have returned to help the Shore Thrive along with my clients. Its a blessing to be able to work with people and help them achieve their goals and I approach it accordingly. I refuse to accept the status quo and the limitations. Whether its helping a first time home buyer with the challenges involved so they can feel that great excitement and joy that can also be so uplifting or when I have worked with multi million dollar 100 acre waterfront estates. Or working with farmland coming from a multi generational farming family. I see each as a unique situation and approach it with determination and a massive number of people and resources I have to draw from to make things happen.
