Shaun truly earned our business! Our first correspondence came from an email I sent on a property on Zillow. It was Christmas Eve and I thought I would hear back after the holidays. Nope, I received a call moments later! He was super responsive the entire search process and kept in touch as we waited for more properties to hit the market. When the one we wanted hit, I texted him at 10PM and we put an offer in that night. His availability and speed were key in securing the house for us before others could see it. He was always available and responded immediately. He put us in touch with a lender who was very responsive (on a Saturday) as well. We were very impressed with his availability to us. My mom would describe him as "young and hungry", which is what you need in a market with limited inventory. If you are "out of towners" like us, you are in great hands with Shaun. He knows the area well and the market. His speed and availability resulted in my mom buying her dream beach cottage. I have bought a home before, and was nowhere near as impressed with the service. I would highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking to buy a home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
