I can't tell you how above and beyond Shaun Binner went with the sale of a house that was inherited through an estate. To say he earned his sale would be an understatement. He was proactive on getting it sold but being respectful to the fact that it was a home that belonged to our mother before her passing. He worked to help us clear out the home prior to closing and even contacted us when the new owner had sentimental items to pick up. If you're looking for someone you can trust and someone who will get the job done, Shaun is your guy. I wish we had a future home to sell in the area.

Shaun was more than accommodating. He never hesitated to make helpful suggestions and always responded to my inquiries QUICKLY. My mother left me her home after her passing- I'd never sold a home or owned a home and I lived three hours away from the property, luckily I found Shaun and he remained patient and informative. He did everything he could to ensure a quick and painless sale- lending more than an extra hand. I'd gladly work with him again!
