Shaun Binner helped us to sell our house. He was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and kept us up to date on all activities. By far the best real estate agent ever. I would definitely recommend him to everyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

I can't tell you how above and beyond Shaun Binner went with the sale of a house that was inherited through an estate. To say he earned his sale would be an understatement. He was proactive on getting it sold but being respectful to the fact that it was a home that belonged to our mother before her passing. He worked to help us clear out the home prior to closing and even contacted us when the new owner had sentimental items to pick up. If you're looking for someone you can trust and someone who will get the job done, Shaun is your guy. I wish we had a future home to sell in the area.

Shaun was excellent from day one. He helped us stay up to date on the process of putting our house up for sale to the day it was sold. Being first time home owners and sellers at that, we went into the process not having a whole lot of knowledge of what goes on. He was there to guide us and overall was amazing. He listed and sold our house in less than 2 months! Would highly recommend him for your future home selling/buying needs! He made the process less stressful, which is a blessing!
