Sharri is a full time Realtor and two full time licensed Realtor assistants that works as a part of her team. Personal Information Born and raised in Yakima, Sharri has great knowledge of the area. She has 2 wonderful daughters and many other family members in Yakima. They like to spend their time boating, snow skiing, hiking and scuba diving. This is the third transaction that Sharri has helped us with. Selling a large home on 6 acres 3 years ago (in 5 days), helping us buy a downsized home and now helping us sell that home (to the first person who inquired) before we recently moved out of state. Everything went smoothly, she knows Yakima valley and the market , and she kept us calm when we would get stressed. She knows how to stage a house properly, how to market it and is just a very classy person. We wouldnt use anyone else. She has too much experience, expertise and knowledge to use someone else. We very highly recommend her as she is a very successful realtor and a wonderful person .

Sharri was so knowledgeable in the area and processes for our loan type. We were looking out at a property in Selah and she was concerned about the septic being too close to the water line and she was right. Looked into blueprints and everything saved us the fee to look into the property ourselves. Shes still working with us!!

Sharri was very professional and helpful throughout the process of getting our property ready to list on the market. True professionals in any industry educate you on the both the good and the bad whether you like it or not. It's not always "rainbows and butterflies" right? She did that well and knew what it would take to balance our wants vs reality and was able to give us a competitive listing price and we got an offer quickly. Sharri helped us understand the pros and cons of different sales tactics, which goes a long ways in my book. It's hard to find people that are truly looking out for their clients best interest and I feel she really cares. I Highly recommend using Sharri.
