We experienced this first-hand when we reached out to her on the recommendation of a friend. As Seattle buyers moving to Portland on very short notice and in a VERY hot market, we knew it would take an extremely knowledgeable, experienced, highly respected and skilled negotiator in the industry to help us compete where multiple offers in upwards of $100,000 over asking price were the norm. In quick order, we learned Sharon is THAT agent. Unfamiliar with the Portland area, and challenged by traveling distance, we relied heavily on Sharon and her team to scout out houses that matched our criteria. She was totally in tune with what we were looking for, engaged, and in constant communication with us. She and her team responded IMMEDIATELY via text, phone, calls, and ZOOM, always keeping us apprised. She is a prompt, clear and effective communicator, always follows through exactly as she said she would, and will give honest feedback even if it means she missed out on a sale or is not what you want to hear in the moment. Her grounded experience and self confidence allow her do all of these things consistently well. And on the sell side, she confidently read the market to set a strong but still attractive price, marketed the property well, and then quickly established rapport with other agents. Most importantly, you can immediately tell she really cares about her clients as people going through the stressful life event of home buying (especially during covid). She is encouraging and checks in frequently, and goes the extra mile on all sorts of little things (for example, providing us extra packing boxes, connecting us with contractors to ask questions, ensuring we always got into see houses fast even if she couldnt make it). And on top of all that, shes a lot of fun to hang out with. You can tell she loves her job while also being extremely good at it. You should definitely hire Sharon!!
