Sharon is one of a kind ..she helped sell a unsellable condo for an elderly relative. She took charge and had a crew update and made the condo beautiful. She made an incredible deal with a difficult client and an even more difficult buyers agent. I recommend Sharon wholeheartedly. I am so grateful for her expertise.

Sharon is a fantastic agent. She can do whatever is needed to sell a home and then bring in far more money than expected. As a retired school teacher, needing to move to senior living accommodations, I know I chose the best! Sharon knows the market as well as the professionals who can quickly get a house ready for the market. She's patient and has excellent taste. You can trust her to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIEDSharon was awesome. She took it whole another level in 2020, my mom was in the hospital for months and we needed to sell her house to move to her senior living home. She went out of her way to help me get the house ready, get quotes for flooring, find contractors for painting, etc. She was a life saver for that. I didn't have many family members to assist me during that time. She was great at helping us sell our current home on 6/2022. She helps us find a great recommendation for an agent in our new town that we are moving to. She is super knowledgeable and always does what is best for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon Baker did an awesome job helping us sell our property. Not one time did we feel that she was not looking out for our interest or that she was pushing us for a quick sale. Sharon was responsive 7 days per week and even over a holiday weekend. She made the entire process very easy for us. We highly recommend Sharon!

ZillowVERIFIED It is always scary buying a property if you're out of state, but Sharon was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process of buying a home for our W&M student & roommates to live in. Not only did she educate us about local neighborhoods, but we learned more details about utilities, services, rental law and more. Sharon is very responsive and gave us some of her wonderful local contacts to help with future home improvements and maintenance. We're very pleased with the property and experience with Sharon! I would absolutely use her again as a buying or selling agent!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Sharon was knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. We also appreciated her military background and knowledge on VA loans. Even in this crazy sellers market, Sharon negotiated the seller below asking for us. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon was absolutely fabulous to work with, for both buying and selling! She sold our condo (which she helped us initially buy!), and worked wonders with recommending and scheduling contractors after we had moved out of town. She also staged our condo (and it looked better than when we lived there!). She was always making sure we knew what was happening and provided excellent recommendations. She got more for our condo that we could have expected, and it was clear she was always working her best to do anything she could to assist us. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, she always has your best interest in mind and was magnificent to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon Baker helped with the purchase of our home in the Williamsburg area. Being from out of state, we were unfamiliar with the area, and Sharon answered all of our questions, and helped acquaint us with the pros and cons of the houses and neighborhoods that we were considering. Her personal knowledge of the area was invaluable to us in making the right decision.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold a few properties in our lives and have always thought of Real Estate Agents as a necessary evil. You can complete a deal without one, but it seems a little harder. To us all agents were the same; fast talkers, indifferent to your needs, out for the commission and similar in our minds to the stereo typical car salesman. You cant imagine our surprise upon meeting and working with Sharon. From the very start we could tell that she was different. She understood our needs and showed us several properties that fit them. This was a second home for us, and she recognized the difficulties of being in town for short periods of time and closing remotely. There was never a doubt that she had our best interests in mind. There were delays and issues in the building and closing processes and she went above and beyond the call of duty to be our eyes, ears, advocate and advisor making the long distance between us and the property disappear. Sharon put in more time and care than any other agent we have ever known. Her attention to detail, work ethic and commitment is surely a large part of her rise to the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Army. I began to respectfully and affectionately refer to her as aEURoeThe ColonelaEUR?. I wish that I had the eloquence to put into words just how much she helped us and means to us. I dont think that we would have completed this transaction without her. She is the standard by which all other agents will be judged and has changed our preconceived notions about the occupation. The final word on all of this is that you must hire her and no other agent in her area.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon is dedicated to her profession. Since we live four hours away, she was there for inspections, repairs, and final walkthrough when we could not be. She ensured that repairs were done correctly and would not be satisfied with anything less than perfection. Her attention to detail gave us confidence that the house was ready to be our new home. Even after the sale, she is continually providing us services and advice. She is a true professional and, more importantly, a kind and generous person. We consider it a privilege to know her.

ZillowVERIFIED Called me back promptly after my online inquiry, but was abrupt and literally hung up on me rather than discuss the property I inquired about. The listing indicated "cats and small dogs" (plural) but when I said I had 3 dogs she said "that's not going to work; best of luck to you" and HUNG UP. No room for discussion, negotiation, or further questions. No offer to find a comparable property for us. Extremely unprofessional, and just plain rude.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, having Sharon on my side was exactly what I needed. I was having trouble finding the perfect place, but Sharon stuck with me and when I finally found the perfect condo for my needs she jumped on it immediately and had an offer written the very next day! She worked so hard to ensure the process went off without a hitch, always available to answer questions, or quick to get back to me if she wasn't readily available when I reached out. Sharon was so knowledgeable about such a broad area of Virginia, and even offered to find me a good agent if I wished to look outside of her area of expertise. I got an amazing deal on my first home thanks to her and I could not be happier with my experience, Sharon definitely knows what she is doing in this field and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property!

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect from any part of the process of finding or buying a home. A colleague recommended we contact Sharon to help us out, and I'm so glad she did! Sharon truly was on our side throughout the entire home buying process; she did a great job of explaining what to expect, managing our expectations, and giving us expert advice about all of the homes we viewed. Once we found a home we loved, she did an amazing job helping us negotiate with the seller, and she went above and beyond to be available and responsive throughout the purchasing process, getting back to me almost immediately even in the evening and on weekends. Now that we're happily in our home, I miss working with Sharon! If you're at all nervous or confused about buying a home, you need Sharon on your side. She's amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Let's see lets start from the beginning. We were looking at properties online and said, "we are in town for 2 days, let's see if we can check out a few properties." We clicked we wanted more information on a property and I am not kidding you she called us within 30 seconds of clicking that button. She gave us helpful and knowledgeable advice and helped to steer us in the right directions. She also fought for us to made sure we got the best house and deal we could. We were in a different time zone half the time and night shift the other and communicating with her was never an issue. If we need referrals she's got one for any task we could think of. ZillowVERIFIED Sharon is incredible. I used her to both buy and sell a house. On the buy side, Sharon has a devoted team of Craftsmen (e.g plumbers, handymen , electricians) with whom she has worked over time and who go out of their way to respond to her requests. We bought an older home and a number of issues cropped up during the inspection. Within just hours of the inspection, we had estimates for all of the items in the report and were able to negotiate a much better price. On the sell side, Sharon met with my wife and me and went through our house identifying the things that needed to be done to get top dollar for the house. Sharon has a great instinct for what sells and went so far as to obtain paint samples for me. Following her advice and with the help of her team of plumbers, roofers, electricians, mason's, etc., we had a contract after listing our house for only six days at very close to our asking price. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sharon if you are looking to buy or sell a house. She is practical, incredibly responsive, and always has a plan to get you to your goal. She is simply amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED We had to honor of being represented by none other than Sharon Baker. I was a 1st time home buyer in search of a forever home for my family! With Sharons expertise and assertiveness it ended with me becoming a homeowner. I would definitely recommend having someone who is honest, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and knows how to negotiate until the best offer has been reached. Sharon you possessed all these qualities and more. The thing I valued most was her honesty. My concerns were taken seriously, and not once did Sharon ever try to make a situation something it was not despite what the surface made it out to be to get a sell. A house is deeper than the exterior perimeter for sure and Sharon ensured we knew what everything was before embarking upon the journey. Thank you Sharon Baker for such an painless 1st experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon Baker was chosen from many realtors in the Williamsburg Va, area. Having moved many times due to military careers, we were not enthusiastic to hire just anyone to sell our home. But, once we spoke to her, we became enthusiastic quickly. She assessed our homes salability, gave recommendations putting her high energy skills to work to sell the home. We, of course, had a plan too with carpet replacement, painting and general cleaning. Our combined efforts allowed her to sell our home quickly, and for a very competitive price. She staged he home (flowers, and small decorative pieces) to enhance its qualities and create appeal. She is driven, calling us rather than waiting for us to contact her. She put people through the home with the goal of a sale. Not only did she get primary offers, but sought secondary, fallback offers.I would always seek out Sharon to work her magic in selling any home that I may have. She will exceed expectations, treat you and your property with respect and provide results.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon was an unbelievable agent for us. She worked diligently in helping us with comparable home sales to arrive at a price. The brochure she developed for our home was absolutely gorgeous and included aerial shots to accentuate its proximity to neighborhood and area perks to owning this home. We had moved to another state and Sharon was instrumental in assisting with needed inspections, repairs, etc., even though she lived nearly an hour away herself. Our home had an offer within 24 hours of "going live". Sharon was dedicated from the first time we sat down to discuss the sale of our home with her and did not waver throughout the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for perfect realtor, you can stop your search now. My husband and I thank our lucky stars every day we found Sharon! Sharon is so much more than a realtor, she is a friend, advisor, and partner every step of the way. We recently got married and were new to the Williamsburg area, so we really needed someone who would be patient with us as we decided what neighborhood we wanted to live in and what would be the best for us a married couple. This search process lasted almost a year, and Sharon NEVER once rushed us or became impatient. After months of searching, we found the perfect condo and could never have done it without her. After we purchased the condo, our relationship with Sharon did not stop there. A few weeks after we closed, our air conditioner went out. While I knew that it was no longer Sharon's responsibility to help us, we knew she would help us fix our problem. Sure enough, within minutes she helped us contact the home warranty company, gave us a contact for an HVAC company, and checked in on us throughout the repair process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon! She gets the job done correctly and does so at the speed of light. Seriously, I swear she never sleeps. She is absolutely incredible!

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon Baker did a tremendous job in helping us find, negotiate, and buy our house. She offers the Military Advantage Program to her retired and active duty clients, which means she reduces her commission to help her clients out with closing costs! Moving is stressful enough, but knowing that we have a house waiting for us is worth it. Sharon was in contact with us, set up house inspection, and shared her expertise in negotiations with sellers. Her knowledge of the area and housing market was helpful to us as we are new to the area.
