Fourth time working with Sharif. He sold my parents house after they passed. Once again I was blown away at his professionalism, work ethic and market knowledge. The house sold in less then a week and I got the price I wanted. We had a few hang ups with legal matters pertaining to the passing of my parents and their estate but Sharif never skipped a beat. Tyree coming into our lives as our realtor was heaven sent. After countless negative experiences with other realtors Tyree truly became our knight in shiny armor. He took time to understand to my families needs, concerns, and what we were looking for in a property. Most importantly, he applied his active listening skills and provide my husband and I with great feedback regarding where we were in our process. His attention to detail help negotiate some inconsistencies and lack of communication being the listing agent, is, and our landlord. Tyree has great leadership skills which also met that he took initiative to get things done (no micromanaging needed). Tyree has gone above and beyond to make sure all issues were settled on closing day.
