Shantell Covington

I'm Shantell Covington, Broker/Owner of Covington Signature Realty, serving the Middle Georgia area. Since 2021, I've helped buyers and sellers with everything from first homes and military relocations to luxury properties and new construction.

My years teaching students with special needs taught me to listen closely, adapt to individual needs, and advocate with patience and compassion. I bring that same care to real estate, because behind every move is a person, a family, and a story that matters.

Whether you're selling a home filled with memories or searching for a place to begin your next chapter, I provide clear guidance, strategic marketing, and skilled negotiation so you feel heard, supported, and confident at every step.

I am also licensed in Alabama where I serve in Lee and Russell Counties.
