She was thorough and honest in advising what needed to be done, and didn't need to be done, to make our home show at its peak. We were pleased with her marketing and the feedback she was able to provide us. We had a buyer who was somewhat difficult to work with and when we thought the deal would fall through she handled all problems professionally and worked extremely hard to make our deal come together. In a business that can be somewhat cutthroat and dishonest we found Shannon to be extremely ethical and devoted to her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED To sum up our journey, we tried to sell our house with another realty company, only to take it off the market after six months. We were very disappointed that it didn't sell. After taking it off the market, we received a lot of calls and letters from Realtors wanting us to go with them. We stashed them away for when we were going to try it all over again. When the time came, we started with Shannon's flyer, because it sounded too good to be true. We figured we had nothing to lose. With Shannon and her team, we were able to sell our house within a couple of weeks and fullfill our dream of buying a condo downtown. The Cascade Team had a marvelous program that ended up paying for absolutely every closing cost. All we had to do was bring the down payment to the table. There aren't enough stars here to describe Shannon's expertise and professionalism. The only way to describe the amount of stars Shannon deserves is to equate it to the amount of stars in the universe. And we aren't kidding. From the very beginning that we met her, it was like we had known her all our lives. She is not only our Realtor, but she has become our friend in a way that is indescribeable. Shannon always immediately responded to any question we had, and when unexpected things came up, Shannon was always so calm and on top of it. We can go on and on about how fantastic Shannon is, but this is a small start to let you know you can't go wrong with Shannon as your Realtor. With the Cascade Team and Shannon, you truly get a whole team working for you. We were skeptical at first about the 1% and all-inclusive because it seemed too good to be true, but everything they say came true...and more.
