ZillowVERIFIEDChoose Sandy! Why? Because Ive sold and bought many homes in my life to the point many people have asked me why I dont go get my realtors license. I absolutely love real estate but I have no time or desire with my current career to move fields, I purely enjoy the investment and aEURoehobbyaEUR? for now. That said, I'm extremely selective about who I work with as I want someone who can provide me with value and not waste my time. I randomly found Sandy when I was curious about one of her listings; she immediately followed up with me, notifying me the listing was going to close in a few days. Sandy then asked me what she could help me look for. When I gave Sandy a search that most realtors would (and had in the past month) ignored me for (search included condos to houses on acreage yet had very specific non negotiable must haves) due to a hot real estate market where realtors didnt want to (nor needed to) put in the effort, sandy took on the challenge with a passion! She was a constant communicator, advocate of her buyer and always went the extra mile even during the eventual closing of my new place which had many challenges, including a poor mortgage broker on my part. Ill not only refer her to anyone in WA needing a realtor, Ill use her again, maybe sooner than later ?? and most importantly Ill see her again before I need a realtor as I found an amazing friend in the process.
