Moving from Texas to Washington was a huge transition for my husband and me, and Shannon made the entire home-buying process feel calm and supported. Shannon and Ruthy did an outstanding job helping us market and sell our unique water ski lake property. Every aspect of the transaction from marketing, staging to open houses was handled professionally while always maintaining a personal touch. Shannon was TOP NOTCH!! The day I first met her and Ruthy she took me to an adorable house and I put an offer on it! She had everything lined up before I could even ask, so the inspector, (again being top notch as well) found the foundation had some issues so we back out of that deal. If I would have not had an inspection that could have cost me 30K when I sold the house in 5 years (and I probably would have because it was kind of small). She went on to check in daily and keep me notified before a listing came on the market, because it's SO competitive here. When I found a house in the neighborhood that I wanted, I could only afford a bit of a fixer. She had a contractor in there giving me bids before I could even blink! Who does that? She was AMAZING to say the least! I got the house and even won over a all cash offer. Love her!!
