A friend of mine hired her boyfriends Realtor and was frustrated when they spent months on the market without any success. She called me and we conducted a thorough listing presentation, pinpointing the reasons the home had not sold and providing solutions to find success. We recommended strategic pricing, staging of key rooms, and outlined a solid marketing plan. Once everything was in place we hired a professional photographer (as we always do) for amazing photos and a professional videographer (as we always do) with a video based off of Risky Business with Tom Cruise. I am happy to report we had the home under contract in about a 32 days and the inspection revealed little defects thanks to the prep we did before listing. My friend is thrilled and we are happy that she can now move on to the new chapter in her journey,

I graduated college with a degree in Communications and immediately began working as a Marketing Associate for six Coldwell Bankers in Upstate NY. It was here that I honed my real estate skills and, after a relocation to Virginia, I decided to become an agent myself after a bad experience in selling our own property.

My degree is in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations, giving me a unique vantage point when it comes to marketing homes for my sellers. In addition, I have obtained my brokers license here in Virginia.
