Shannon was absolutely amazing to work with! This was our first time navigating the home buying process and Shannon made sure to take the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. She was extremely responsive at any time of day and was able to get an idea of what we were looking for very quickly. We never felt pressured into any one property and she always made sure to point out any negatives that could be found, along with the positives. That was one of my favorite parts of working with Shannon! Shannon was super helpful with us throughout the entire process of buying a house. She was patient with us as this was our first time buying a house. We could give her a list of properties and she was able to schedule them in a way that didn't feel rushed when we would go look at a property and she was able to schedule on days 10 houses in about 5 hours where we were still able to enjoy our weekends afterwards. She was always able to work with our schedules and was available within days to look at properties that popped up in the area. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at buying in and she was straight forward and upfront about things she saw in houses and she really looked out for us and our wants/needs. Would recommend to anyone, especially first time homebuyers.
