Cant say enough wonderful things about Shannon. She is such a hard worker and really takes time with her clients to find them the perfect home. We were initially looking to rent and she even showed us properties where the owners werent offering agent commissions and never even mentioned anything about it (I just noticed it on the listing). When we decided to buy, before we closed she already had someone in mind to rent our basement. If I buy, sell, or rent in the future, Shannon will be my first call.

Before meeting Shannon I was working with a realtor who never answered the phone, always required prompting to take the next step, and never offered an explanation as to why my offers were being rejected.
